Order repeat prescriptions
Please allow 5 working days between submitting your prescription request and collecting the medication. The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons requires us to carry out a clinical assessment when prescribing repeat medications, and this may require us to examine your pet, especially when prescribing antibiotics or controlled drugs.

Our policy for Prescription Only Medication
All animals on long term medication must be reassessed by a vet at least once every 6 months or more regularly if the condition requires. For parasite control annual reassessments are sufficient.
Dependent on the medication required, these reassessments may involve blood tests to monitor your animal’s general health or to check medication levels.
