Order repeat prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions will be ready for collection 72 hours after your request is received, if your order is submitted between Monday 8:00am to Thursday 8:00pm.
If your request is submitted between 8:00pm Thursday and 8:00am on Monday, medication will be available to collect on the following Tuesday.
Our policy for Prescription Only Medication
All animals on long term medication must be reassessed by a vet at least once every 6 months or more regularly if the condition requires. For parasite control annual reassessments are sufficient.
Dependent on the medication required, these reassessments may involve blood tests to monitor your animal’s general health or to check medication levels.
