The Barn Animal Practice Repeat Prescriptions

At the Barn Animal Practice, we offer a repeat prescription service, where Prescription Only Medicines Veterinary (POM-Vs) have been prescribed by one of our vets. If you require a repeat prescription which has not been provided by one of our vets, please speak to a member of our reception team.

Your vet may only prescribe Prescription Only Medicines for an animal under their care and that has had a veterinary examination within the previous 12 months.

On request you will be informed of the price of any medicines that may be dispensed for your animal. Information on prescriptions and medicines is available on request.

Please note that we require at least 72 hours’ notice to process repeat prescriptions, and our email is checked once every 48 hours. If your prescription is not available, we will email you. If your request is urgent, please contact the practice.
